Independently handle online outreach activity in discussion with Area Head/AM  Conducting effective counselling for all the leads and ensuring high conversion rate  Conducting assessment and updating in IT portal  Maintaining database of candidates and updating the profile and status  Effective follow up of all candidates for enrolment  Encouraging referrals from alumni and existing aspirants  Conducting Placement counselling to the Aspirants who are job ready  Post placement follow up and timely updating of PPC data in IT portal  Coordinate with relevant organisations for collection of data base and related matters  Ensure enrolment benchmark is achieved for the month/quarter  Any other work assigned by his/her RM  Ensure the branding of digital program as per the given guidelines from HO.
