Make Outbound calls to prospective customers to convert them to a different mobile GSM plans. · Talk to customers counsel them regarding how the service is useful & cost effective for them. · Discuss various other value adds that are available on the platform · Work with empathy by understanding the problems/ailments issues to suggest the right plans/ packages · Guide the customer through the online portal with various packages, choose the right one & make payments to complete the transaction. · He/she must be smart, talkative and hardworking · The candidate needs to be fluent in English & Hindi, any other languages known is an added advantage · Passion for making a difference in customers life and must have convincing skills · Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required for an medical support executive · He/she should be friendly and sound good on calls · Should be willing to work on rotational shifts. · Should be willing to travel on own transport · Should be willing to start immediately.
