Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls II Good Communication 1.Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales 2. Identify customers needs ,clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions/alternatives 3.Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise 4.Followup with potential customers in a timely manner 5.Document all call information in CRM according to standard operating 6.Make reminder call to customers and schedule appointments ensuring that the calls happen as per the scheduled time 7.Keeping the records of customer interactions and different transactions recording details of comments, inquiries& complaints 8.Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers
