Job Description
• A main responsibility of Assistant manager is to act in the role of Manager in the manager Absence. • Manage Team Leaders, Trainer & QA to monitor team • Execute process and daily tasks of contact center as clients required • Coach, Train and Monitor Team Leaders on how to manage daily operations and achieve the KPIs targets • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends • Be Escalation point in case superior /or Team leader cannot handle an issue. • Should be graduated in any Stream • Should have overall 5+ Years of experience and at least 2 years as Assistant Manager Operations in BPO/Call Centre • Should have fluent in English and any 2 South Indian languages • Experience in Banking Process will be a good to the current hiring process • Should have Excellent Communication Skills • Should be good in MS Excel
