*Hiring for international voice process* *Designation:-* Executive/ Senior Executive (Pre Sales & Client Relations) *Educational Qualification:-* Any Graduation/MBA in Marketing or International Business *Experience:-* 2-4 Years *Location:-* Bangalore *Shift:-* Night *Salary:-* Upto 7 LPA *Summary:-* ♦️Pre-Sales Team is responsible for achieving all sales conversion and revenue goals of the organization by developing, building and strengthening long–term relationships with clients. ♦️The position will involve business development and deal making skills including needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing, contract negotiations and working with internal operations teams to propose solutions to ♦️Prospective clients. *Key Responsibilities:-* ♦️Take hold of incoming enquiries (calls, emails and Chat) and effectively handle them. ♦️Gain a clear understanding of clients businesses / requirements, negotiate on price, set right expectation on deliverables, educate the clients about the company’s process/policies and present Get Friday’s value proposition to eventually bring in sales. ♦️Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing clients with quotations / ♦️Pricing plan suggestions for clients. ♦️Understand clients service objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) *Objectives from our services.* ♦️Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing good relationship with client. ♦️Daily interfacing with operations team for projects, budget, structure, schedule and resource requirements. ♦️Closely coordinate job schedules and needs with all departments to ensure smooth handling of activities. ♦️Reach out / follow up through multiple channels with potential leads, participate *In business development calls and make sale* ♦️Collaboratively work with assigned operations teams to develop an overall region plan in order to maximize opportunities and generates sales activity with customers. ♦️Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned conversion rates. ♦️Achieve / exceed monthly conversion targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new & existing customers and converting them into productive ♦️High plans within the assigned region. ♦️Identify business opportunities by evaluating the current industries which we are serving, their position in the market and initiate outbound sales activities (if and when needed) towards the targeted niche segment / industry. Create outbound sales funnel, prospect and convert the leads. ♦️Identify service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. ♦️Performs other duties as assigned by Get Friday's management. *Candidate Profile:-* ♦️Professional sales experience in service-related industry with an emphasis on strong account management. ♦️Candidates with an experience in an international voice / Semi voice process will also be considered. ♦️Experience in creating and implementing Service Level Agreements with clients. ♦️Proven track record of consistently exceeding set objectives and targets. ♦️Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust. ♦️Highly motivated and results oriented. ♦️Strong comprehension, presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills. ♦️Excellent problem solving and consultative skills required ♦️Ability to work in a fast-paced team Pre-Sales & business development environment with minimum supervision. ♦️Experience with MS Office and CRMs.
