We maintain an unparalleled inventory of the systems declared obsolete, or at end-of-life, by the OEM. GTC offers repairs and replacement parts for industrial controls whether PLCs, DCS, Power Supplies, Industrial PCs, HMI, Drives, and Relays. Job Purpose: To search tenders, work on it and submit the same. Responsibilities: To Handle tender search majorly govt customers, E tendering, bidding, and online tender search. • Prepare tender documents (manual tender documents & online tender procedure) for Pvt Sector & government sector and complete successfully. • To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data, etc. • Search the online tenders on the tender portal and customers' websites. • Download specific tenders. • Configure the pc set to submit the tender successfully. • Coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers. • Make the tender bids and gather all required documents. • Send the documents in time. Follow up to customers' documents were reached or not. • To prepare and review tender documents. • Attending technical bid opening and price bid opening. • Arrange the tender fees, EMD, Security deposit, PBG for related tender, and final tender documents with the checklist. • Experience on GEM portal. • To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates strictly adhere to. • To ensure that tender submissions are standardized and in line with customers' tender requirements. Review customer RFQ specifications to understand technical requests and parameters . Coordinate with the salesperson responsible for the specific customer/inquiry by maintaining regular communication and sharing regular updates. .Process and enter Purchase Orders into the approved system. .Organize the technical and commercial quote structure based on the customer RFQ expectations, including coordination for trade compliance, legal commercial terms conditions, bid bonds, etc. Requisite Skills: • Well-versed with the tendering process and relevant prior experience. • Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders in the electrical manufacturing domain. • Experience in offline and online tenders submission is a must. Education: • Degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering Relevant Experience: 3-5 years
