*About the job* •To proactively seek new projects for company products •Increase market reach for company’s Products by developing Architects & Consultants network Increase internal sales profitability in line with agreed targets/budgets To enhance customer relationships to the benefit of Company. •Product Specifications activity with Architects / Govt Bodies / Consultants Explore New upcoming projects Main Responsibilities •Meetings with architects, consultants &. Govt Bodies for product presentation & introduction and specifications into Projects Dealing with contractors/dealers / End customers for project finalization Negotiation / technical & commercial finalization Knowledge of commercial terms like LC, ABG, PBG etc. •Periodic site visits for turn-key projects where required. Promote and develop good sales relationships with customers Develop new execution partners & maintaining good relationships with existing ones Imparting training to existing & new installation partners about right practices for product installations as per Company/product guidelines. •Excellent Product Knowledge Working in a busy environment with tasks that require a short turnaround. Ability to work within limited supervision; to make decisions and use own initiative •Excellent listening & Communication skills Good organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work within tight deadlines and to manage a number of activities at any one time. •Ability to work in a close-knit team. Other duties as deemed necessary both now and in the future to meet business needs.
