Job Description

Role responsibilities Area of responsibility Key elements Proportion of total responsibility 1. Sales and Promotion Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across retail accounts (Wine shops, grocery stores/convenient stores) Responsible for maintaining product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts Increase shelf space and position for AB InBev products. Introduce new brands and packages where appropriate. Ensure activation / guidelines securing incremental distribution, brand visibility, product facing and displays 2. MIS and Sales reporting Attend sales/team meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction with manager to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the Sales Supervisor or Area Manager and implementation of Company programs at retail level Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity and special promotional activities
