Required qualifications: -Spoken and written proficiency in -English and hindi and one regional language - Good Communication skills, effective communication - Good people management skills - Able to manage first line medical emergencies and first aid( post training) Specific Job Description: Liaison with relatives of senior citizens Collection and accompaniment of senior citizens to various location for purposes which could include a hospital visit, airport pick-up/drop, family functions etc. Assist senior citizens through the purpose of travel. Eg. If its an airport drop, then help with check ins and pick ups, if its a family function or shopping need, accompany them and keep them safe. Manage first line contingencies and emergencies enroute to any location. This would entail coordination with other teams, medical facilities authorities etc. Coordination of transport and routines. - High integrity and patience
