Job Description: NhanceNow is looking for a motivated Technical Front-End to join the frontend engineering team Responsibilities: • Design, develop, code & test software systems, or applications for software improvements & new products. • Creating front-end components, reusable code & libraries for future use. • Continuously improve performance, scalability & maintainability of the software built. • Participate in UI/tech design, code reviews & collaborate with peers to improve technical standards. • Responsible for driving innovation in software development and taking ownership of the products you will build. • Communicate with cross-functional teams (UX/BE/product etc) to ensure successful delivery of a feature. Requirements: Have 3-4 years of strong domain experience in frontend & master's in computer science or equivalent work experience. • Expert in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, AJAX, ES6 & Angular. • Understands how single-page apps, routing & store works. • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM etc. • Proficient to create a robust and resilient connection to the backend services using REST APIs. • Experience with cross-browser & cross-platform (iOS/Android) compatibility. • Experience with functional & OO JavaScript paradigm, understands SOLID, Lambda, Closure, etc • Familiarity with creational, behavioural, structural & other design patterns, understands prototype, observers, chain of responsibility, etc • Experience with writing unit & integration tests using frameworks like Jest/Mocha/ Jasmine etc • Have an eye for awesome UI/UX with the ability to build pixel-perfect responsive UIs. • Experience in debugging & troubleshooting, ability to find out performance bottlenecks & ambiguous cases using relevant tools. • Ability to lead & deliver projects with a strong sense of ownership. • Experience with code quality assurance by providing architectural & design direction & code review healthiness.
