Joining Date Immediate Joining We are looking for people who can: ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Scube products and develop appropriate and consistent design solutions. ● Work with teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet user needs and product vision. ● Produce design ideas and collaborate with teams to determine which ideas should move forward into detailed design and eventually production, based on usability testing, standard methodologies, and technical input. ● Research and develop new user experience/user inter face ideas, particularly for Mobile Desktop and Web consumption platforms. ● Work closely with developers and other co-workers to design the user experience to fulfil project requirements and day-to-day tasks. ● Write user stories and translate concepts into user flow, wireframes, prototypes, and designs. ● Create a clean, modern, high converting, and intuitive user interface. ● Communicate with clients to understand their requirements. Leverages the freedom of thinking creatively. ​ Our ideal candidate will have: ● A Degree in Interaction Design or related disciplines. ● A minimum of 3.5 years of relevant working experience in UX/UI Design, mobile & web. ● Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite is mandatory. ● Knowledge in prototyping with tools such as InVision, XD, Figma is desirable. ● Knowledge of Visual Design principles and best practices. ● Strong UI skills and ability to execute all aspects of interface design. ● Knowledge & experience facilitating customer workshops. ● Knowledge of platform capabilities & restrictions, up-to-date with the latest platform guidelines from iOS & Android. ● Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions both internally and with clients. ● Great communication skills in English, both oral and written, a second language is an asset.
