RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Good knowledge on US recruitment life cycle. 2. Aggressive candidate who will work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to gather requirements and responsible to hire IT professionals on various skills from different domains. 3. Utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited job boards, social networking sites and internal database. 4. Source and screen the candidates according to the Job requirement. 5. Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their client requirement 6. Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent. 7. Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner 8. Coordinate with the Account managers to get a feedback on the interviewed candidate.
