Inviting applications for the role of Vice President , Corporate Strategy !
In this role, We are looking for an experienced strategist to join Genpact’s corporate strategy team as Vice President. The purpose of the role is to develop and execute strategies which deliver growth across Genpact’s portfolio globally. The individual will be engaged in projects to help identify and develop new opportunities for Genpact and inspire change in the organization through the management of critical initiatives. The candidate should have good awareness of digital and AI trends with developed viewpoints on future scenarios.
Responsibilities
-
Strategy development – deliver projects related to Genpact’s strategy development and answer the key strategic questions that the business is facing.

Strategy execution and organisational change – follow strategy projects through into implementation by handling change and working with partners across a global, matrixed organisation .

Technology and other emerging trends – monitoring and analyzing tech and AI trends impacting Genpact’s clients and setting up innovation ecosystems.

People development and team leadership - mentor junior members of the team in core strategy consulting skills and chipping into continuous learning environment

Financial analysis and financial modelling – analyse internal financial data and build business cases for investment into new business areas.

Managing the corporate investment process, aligning investment with strategic priorities and governing the progress and RoI .

Internal consulting – supporting business units / service line leadership teams in strategy development and planning.

Research and analysis – design and undertake external research programs in support of strategy projects including market, customer, and competitor analysis.

Authoring Thought Leadership across industries, service offerings and technology areas in collaboration with the business SMEs and marketing counterparts

M&A – work closely with the M&A team to develop strategic rationale, assess acquisition targets, find ways to partner cases, and developing supporting materials.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Q ualifications / Skills
-
R elevant work experience in Consulting firms OR Corp. Strategy teams of large enterprises (preferably in the IT/ ITeS industry).

Professional qualification (Preferably MBA) in Strategy, Finance, Marketing.
-
Relevant experience in Data, AI, and technology space in one or more industries among Hi-tech, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail and Life Sciences and Financial Services.
Preferred Q ualifications / Skills
-
Proven track record in strategy consulting or corporate strategy teams with rapid personal progression

Record of success in developing and implementing business unit and / or corporate strategy
-
Excellence in framing problems and structuring programs of research and analysis to answer critical questions.

Experience in sizing market opportunities in areas of limited data.

Developed change management skills and ability to find senior leader sponsorship.

High levels of digital acuity in some aspects of new tech would include depth and /or project experience in Data, Analytics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Experience or Cloud.

Curiosity, commitment to learning and development, and ability to learn fast.

Flexible and should be fine with traveling, though not extensive.

Outstanding communications skills --- written and verbal.

Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality.

Robust drive, work ethic, and leadership skills including high levels of self-motivation and self-review needed.
