Required qualifications: ● Trained in basic/ advance skills of art. ● Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching visual art. ● Aware of age-appropriate skills and concepts in visual art and capable of mapping them to the curriculum (Nursery to Gr. 1 - 10) ● Experience in curriculum planning: Lesson plans and Micro schedule. ● Can bring in new ideas for visual art classes on a virtual platform. ● Has awareness and interest in other art forms like music, theatre, and dance. ● Is creative, enthusiastic, and thinks out of the box. ● Ability to work independently as well as within a team with minimal supervision. ● Show initiative in problem solving and be open to new ideas. Responsibilities: ● Curriculum planning for Nursery to grades 1 - 10 and assessment design for the same. ● Making/refining textbook content for Nursery to grades 1 to 5. ● Developing new online courses and products with the department and refining the existing ones. ● Coming up with new ideas and initiatives from time to time. ● Meet all deadlines and adhere to all organizational needs
