Qualification !Tl/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience Responsible for a group of CNC machines, setting the part, coordinating with NPD/ CAM programmer for proving the new parts, responsible for solving the issues related with cutting tool, fixture, process, and program. • Hands on experience with VMC Machining process and cutting tools, operating controls (Fanuc etc.) Coordination with fixture/CAM programmer or tooling engineer • Knowledge about cutting parameters (cutting speed and feed,fixture concepts, clamping methods and machining process, GO&T and measuring instruments • Insert program instructions into machine, change/ modify programs when necessary, to start operation. • Mandate Requirement - Should have hands on experience in setting of 4 axis VMC machines its a company appointment
