Job Description: Human Resource Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills and the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a human resource management role.
- Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Policy and SOP Development:Create, update, and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure all policies are communicated effectively and understood by all employees.
- KPI Implementation:Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR department.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
- Payroll and Benefits Management:Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Employee Relations:Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Culture and Organizational Development:Promote and enhance the company culture through various initiatives and programs.
- Lead efforts to improve workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Learning and Development:Identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with legal standards.
- Performance Management:Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance appraisals.
- Day-to-Day HR Operations:Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS, and HR reporting.
- Ensure HR administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
