Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery
• Liaise between sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalate concerns appropriately

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
