We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Handler to manage our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, content creation (reels, posts, stories), caption writing, and social media management across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• 1. Content CreationDevelop visually appealing and engaging content (reels, posts, stories, carousels, short videos).
• Capture photos/videos when required.
• Edit videos professionally using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling-based content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and strategy.

• 2. Social Media ManagementHandle day-to-day management of all social media platforms.
• Schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and maintain engagement.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content performance.
• Manage hashtags, trends, and platform updates to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams.

• 3. Strategy & PlanningCreate weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Brainstorm new content ideas based on competitor analysis and trending formats.
• Track KPIs like reach, followers, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Assist in running ads or boosting posts (optional based on requirement).
