About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can handle telecalling, digital marketing, and product promotion across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, marketing creativity, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities📞 Telecalling & Lead Handling

• Make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain follow-ups and update lead status.

📈 Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Manage marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads etc.).
• Create engaging content such as posts, flyers, and promotional videos.
• Handle social media pages, ads, and online inquiries.

🎯 Marketing & Product Advertising

• Promote products/services through digital means.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies for brand growth.
• Collect market feedback and improve customer engagement.

Skills Required✔ Good communication skills (English/Hindi)

✔ Basic computer and social media knowledge

✔ Creative mindset with marketing interest

✔ Ability to work with targets and deadlines

✔ Experience with digital tools (Canva, Meta Ads, CRM) — added advantage
