Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Salon Receptionist cum Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.

Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.

Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Management Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Train, supervise, and support salon staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Implement and maintain salon policies and procedures.

Customer Service:

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Promote salon services and products, upselling as appropriate.

Financial Management:

Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.

Assist in budget management and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a salon or beauty environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with salon management software is a plus.
