Job Description
- Identify potential customers through outbound calls, online research, social media, field activities, and referral networks
- Promote credit card and loan products and explain key benefits to interested prospects
- Collect, verify, and update customer information (income, eligibility, occupation, financial needs, etc.)
- Generate high-quality leads and ensure daily/weekly/monthly lead targets are achieved
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer status in CRM tools
- Coordinate with the sales/conversion team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Follow compliance and KYC guidelines while communicating financial product information
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate product information without mis-selling
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to boost lead volume
- Provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality and campaign performance
