Machine Learning Engineer –

Role: Build ML models, recommendation logic, and end-to-end pipelines for InnerAlign’s behaviour-insight platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and train ML models for user-pattern understanding.
• Build recommendation logic for personalised insights.
• Create end-to-end ML pipelines from data processing to model deployment.
• Deploy models on cloud with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and API integration.

Required Skills

• Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Model training, evaluation, and optimisation.
• Cloud deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• CI/CD, Docker, basic DevOps workflow.
• API development (FastAPI/Flask).
