Job Description – HR Payroll Executive (T.P.L Payroll Process)

Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience: Negotiable

Location: Meramandali, Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end payroll management under the T.P.L payroll system.

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily manpower data.

Ensure accurate salary calculation, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and timely payroll processing.

Prepare payroll reports and share with management on time.

Coordinate with HR, accounts, and site teams for payroll-related queries.

Manage onboarding documentation and maintain employee HR files.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance.

Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table preferred).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
