Job description- RESPONSIBILITIES: • To create a new exclusive distributor in your territory. • Developing a business and sales strategy. • Arranging meetings with prospective clients for business development. • Build a strong relationship with a clients and support the field team members. • Negotiate deals. • Create plans and setting goals for business and revenue growth. • Training , helping and coordinating the team members. • Reporting on success and areas needing improvements. • Meeting with customer/ clients face to face or over the phone to close the deals. • Developing quotes and proposals for clients. • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. • Have a good understanding of the business products or service and be able to advise other about them. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in any fields. • Experience in sales , marketing or related field. • Strong communication skills . • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. • Ability to analyse sales figures and write reports.
