Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Enrollment:

  • Proactively reach out to potential students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Present and explain the institute’s programs, courses, and benefits to prospective students.
  • Guide students through the enrollment process, from initial contact to final registration.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.


Market Research and Outreach:

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Participate in outreach activities such as educational fairs, seminars, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.


Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.


Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Familiarity with the financial markets or trading industry is a plus.
