- Will be responsible for Planning and managing Campaigns to promote our products, generate leads and to ensure the revenue generation. - Will handle and manage a team - Will work with cross functions to ensure success of these marketing campaigns - Identify and create partnerships with different organizations to create new channels for marketing. - Responsible to set up the processes for monitoring the marketing campaigns of the region and work with city leads to optimize the output of the campaigns - Will also work hand-in-hand with our various internal operations, sales, finance and back-end support teams - Will have to recruit, train and motivate the ground team to achieve their goals with desired efficiency. - Will have to work with agency partners to identify the required resources for the campaigns. - Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing activities, expenditures or return-on-investment and profit loss projections - Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on OPENTECHZ'S objectives and market characteristics
