Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities:

Strategy and planning: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Lead generation: Find new opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking at events, and following up on leads from other teams.

Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and partners.

Collaboration: Work with marketing to generate leads and brand awareness, and with other teams (like product or sales) to provide feedback on offerings and services.

Client assessment: Assess client needs and determine how the company can meet those needs.

Reporting: Prepare status reports on goals and progress, often using a CRM system to manage interactions.
