Job Description: Clinic Growth Manager

Position: Clinic Growth Manager

Department: Retail Operations

Location: Assigned Cluster (2 Clinics within 20–40 km radius)

Reporting To: Clinic Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing two CureBay clinics within a 20–40 km vicinity, ensuring smooth operations, driving patient footfall, and generating revenue through Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Kavach Annual Membership Plans. The role requires strong operational oversight along with local market engagement to build the clinic's presence and patient base.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Generation

  • Drive revenue growth for the clinics through Pharmacy sales, Diagnostics services, and Kavach Annual Membership Plan enrollments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly GMV and membership targets.
  • Promote bundled healthcare services to increase patient conversion and retention.

2. Clinic Operations & Clinical Staff Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations across the assigned clinics.
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment, cleanliness, and clinic infrastructure.
  • Maintain availability of medicines, diagnostics supplies, and operational materials.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Drives team performance through effective leadership, clear goal-setting, and continuous coaching to achieve organizational objectives.

3. Patient Footfall Generation

  • Implement local marketing initiatives to increase patient walk-ins.
  • Promote clinic services through community engagement and awareness activities.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience at the clinic.

4. Health Camps & Community Outreach

  • Plan and conduct health camps in nearby residential areas, schools, corporates, and community centers.
  • Generate new patient leads and membership enrollments through camps.
  • Collaborate with local organizations to expand the clinic's outreach.

5. Market & Relationship Development

  • Build relationships with local opinion leaders, community representatives, corporates, and institutions.
  • Represent the clinic in the local ecosystem and create a strong brand presence.
  • Identify new opportunities for community engagement and partnerships.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily clinic performance including footfall, revenue, diagnostics tests, and membership enrollments.
  • Maintain proper records and submit regular performance reports to the management.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or field sales
  • Experience in healthcare services, diagnostics, or pharmacy operations will be an added advantage.
  • 2-wheeler & DL mandatory
