Key roles and responsibilities:-

• Supervision and management:
• Oversee daily construction activities and supervise the work of employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage personnel, equipment, and resources to execute the project efficiently.
• Hiring and evaluating the performance of on-site workers.
• Maintain site discipline and ensure junior staff follow procedures.
