We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Data Entry Operator who possesses strong calling and data entry skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency while providing excellent customer service over the phone. This is a work-from-home position with accommodation and electricity expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into company databases and systems
• Perform regular data verification and validation to ensure accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries and providing information as required
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry and call handling
• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
