Job Position: Field Technician Responsibilities of candidate include: • The Field Technician is responsible to execute the installation/troubleshooting of Aveti Smart Class Software • on-site end-user support and customer support during field visits or dispatches • Should be able to manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions • need to carry out regular repairs, maintain equipment, and demonstrate to clients how to use products/equipment and also need to have excellent communication skills • Should be able to conduct teacher's training • Basic Computer Operation Knowledge and Microsoft Office (Beginner) ---------- Mandatory Checks • Should have a Smart Phone • Should have a Bike • Should be willing to travel and stay for few weeks if needed in 9 districts where Aveti has presence currently (Jharsuguda, Jagatsinghpur, Nayagarh, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal, Boudh, Sonepur, Gajapati, Rayagada) along with others which may be added in future. • Learning attitude • Problem Solving Attitude • Discipline • Timely Reporting
