Insurance Agent/Advisor

Core responsibilities:-

Sales and client acquisition: Identify potential clients, develop marketing strategies, and sell insurance policies. This involves prospecting, making sales calls, and converting leads into customers.

Needs assessment and consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial situations, long-term goals, and risk exposure to recommend appropriate coverage.

Policy explanation and management: Explain policy options, provide quotes, and assist with the application process. They also handle policy renewals, modifications, and assist clients during the claims process.

Client relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support and service.

Compliance and continuing education: Ensure compliance with state regulations and complete continuing education to stay current on new products and laws.
