Interior Site Supervisor

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating interior fit-out works at the project site, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, safety compliance, and effective manpower management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other trades.
• Monitor work progress as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project schedule.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during execution.
• Take site measurements and verify quantities.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment for smooth site operations.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors when required.
• Monitor and control material wastage at the site.
• Support project handover activities and snag rectification works.
