Interior Site Supervisor

Gypcorp is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day on-site execution of turnkey interior design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing skilled labor, coordinating material delivery, and ensuring that all installations—specifically high-quality drywall partitions, false ceilings, and premium interior finishes—are executed flawlessly according to technical drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

On-Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee and manage daily site operations for interior fit-outs. Ensure all carpentry, false ceiling, drywall, and finishing works are executed seamlessly.

Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and implement architectural blueprints, AutoCAD layouts, and working drawings on-site.

Workforce & Labor Management: Direct and monitor daily tasks for site labor, subcontractors, and technicians. Track daily workforce attendance, manage shift schedules, and maintain tight discipline on the field.

Quality Control & Material Management: Inspect materials upon delivery to ensure they meet project specifications. Track inventory, minimize material wastage, and maintain high workmanship standards across all project phases.

Progress Reporting: Maintain precise daily site logs and update project managers or management on execution milestones, bottlenecks, and timeline adjustments.

Safety & Housekeeping: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols to prevent accidents. Ensure clean, organized, and professional housekeeping practices at the work location.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior execution processes, with strong foundational knowledge of drywall systems, false ceilings, framing, and finishing materials.

Drawing Proficiency: Proven ability to smoothly read and execute layout plans from architectural drawings or AutoCAD designs.

Leadership & Communication: Strong capability to manage multi-tiered labor forces on-site, handle local vendors, and articulate updates clearly.

Problem-Solving: Sharp troubleshooting skills to handle on-site technical mismatches, material delays, or structural adjustments swiftly.

 Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)

Working Hours: Standard operational site hours (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Sunday).

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, skills, and industry standards, supplemented by dynamic site allowances.
