Jr. Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, managing statutory compliance, and assisting in financial analysis and budgeting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare financial reports and management information reports (MIS).
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and government authorities as required.
