1. Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Generate and manage leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels.
Present and pitch company services (software, website development, digital marketing solutions) to clients.
Negotiate proposals, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (IT services preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales goals.
