Job Description
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calls, references, and networking.
- Promote and sell banking products including:
- Savings & Current Accounts
- Fixed Deposit / Recurring Deposit
- Credit Cards & Debit Cards
- Personal, Home, Auto & Business Loans
- Insurance & Investment products
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the bank.
- Explain product features, benefits, and charges to customers clearly.
- Complete account opening & loan documentation and ensure compliance with KYC & banking policies.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers for cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch staff and managers to support sales activities.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and submit sales performance updates to seniors.
