Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of experience to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of SkyyRider Electric. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales strategies, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
• Pitch and promote SkyyRider Electric’s products/services to potential customers.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
