Team Manager

Core responsibilities

Leadership and motivation: Guide, motivate, and support team members to ensure they work effectively and are engaged.

Goal setting: Establish and communicate team goals that align with the organization's objectives and ensure each member understands their role.

Task and workflow management: Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and manage the team's workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Performance management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to help team members develop their skills and careers.

Communication and reporting: Act as a liaison between the team and senior management, reporting on team progress, issues, and successes.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution: Mediate interpersonal conflicts and address performance or workflow issues promptly and constructively.

Resource management: Allocate resources such as personnel, time, and budget effectively to maximize productivity.

Team building: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
