Assistant Manager

Key responsibilities

Staff and operations management: Supervise employees, delegate tasks, and create work schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

Human resources: Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. You may also be involved in performance evaluation and staff development.

Customer service: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Administrative tasks: Handle paperwork, manage budgets, and assist with financial reporting and record-keeping.

Inventory and supplies: Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and place orders when necessary.

Policy and standards: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and help maintain workplace safety and standards.

Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance, suggesting improvements to management.
