Job Description: Back Office Telecalling Executive/ team leader

Location: Pahala, Odisha

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Back Office Tele Calling Executive & Team lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various back-office functions to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele calling:

 - Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on overdue payments and remind them of due dates.

 - Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding their accounts.

 - Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management:

 - Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.

 - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.

 - Generate and analyze reports as required by management.


 - Coordinate with field agents and other team members to ensure efficient collection processes.

 - Provide regular updates to management on collection progress and customer feedback.

Support Functions:

 - Assist with administrative tasks and other back-office duties as needed.

 - Prepare and send notices, reminders, and other communications to customers.


 - Adhere to company policies and procedures.

 - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.


 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 - basics in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

 - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
