Video Content Editor

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, storytelling sense, and the ability to work with actors, trainers, clients, and marketing teams to deliver impactful visual content.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos.
• Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, transitions, and graphics as needed.
• Create short-form content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Work on long-form content such as YouTube videos, interviews, tutorials, ads, and corporate films.
• Color correction, color grading, and improving overall video quality.
• Create motion graphics, text overlays, intro/outro animations (basic to advanced).
• Manage multiple editing projects with deadlines.
• Collaborate with videographers, social media team, scriptwriters, and marketing managers.
• Maintain proper file management, project organization, and backups.
• Stay updated with content trends, transition styles, effects, and editing techniques.

Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

• Knowledge of After Effects / CapCut / Filmora is a plus
• Strong understanding of video formats, frame rates, and compression
• Creativity in storytelling and pacing
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Good sense of music selection and audio syncing
• Basic color grading and motion graphics skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
