Job Description
Receptionist Job Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and employee attendance registers.
- Provide basic information about the company's services to clients.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints or queries and escalate them when necessary.
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks when needed.
