Job Posting – Accounts Executive / Accountant (Trainee)
Department: Accounts
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or have recently graduated and are interested in building a career in Accounting. This position offers practical exposure to accounting operations, taxation compliance, banking transactions, and international fund remittances.
Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Receivable – invoicing, payment follow-up, reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Accounts Payable – processing vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliations.
• International Remittances – remittance of education fees to overseas institutions and foreign bank transfers.
• GST Compliance – GST reconciliations, documentation, and return support.
• TDS Compliance – TDS calculation, deduction, record maintenance, and return support.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting – recording transactions, bank reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
• B.Com (Pursuing) or B.Com Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with commerce background and a willingness to learn are preferred.
Desired Skills
• Basic understanding of accounts.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the accounting profession
