 Oversee all aspects of the Study Abroad & Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.  Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study Abroad solutions.  Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Admissions, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.  Participate in Company Seminars and other events for promotion activities.  Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.  Get the required documents & lodge student Visa applications.  You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.  You must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, other documentation required.  Review ongoing cases and accordingly advice clients.  Make and receive calls from prospective clients. Explain them the process and suggest best options.
