Branch Sales Manager – Location: Chandigarh, Mohali & Zirakpur.

Responsible for driving branch business targets, leading the sales team, ensuring customer acquisition, and maintaining smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for all products
  • Lead, guide, and monitor branch staff performance
  • Drive daily activities: client visits, walk-ins, marketing & follow-ups
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
  • Manage branch operations, documentation, and compliance
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
