Job Overview
Vatave Healthcare is looking for dynamic, energetic, and communication-driven Female Business Development Executives to join our growing marketing and sales team. If you have excellent communication skills, love talking to people, and want to build a career in sales and marketing, this role is perfect for you.
In this role, you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential clients, introducing our healthcare services/products, and driving business growth through strategic telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales & Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, and healthcare professionals to introduce Vatave Healthcare’s offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and new clients to understand their needs and close sales.
- Data Management: Maintain clean and accurate records of all calls, customer feedback, and sales status in our database.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Gender: Female candidates preferred.
- Education: High school diploma, Graduate, or equivalent (Degrees in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare/Science are a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or a business development role. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply!
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills with a positive, rejection-resilient attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, Word) and calling software.
- Fluency in [Insert languages needed, e.g., Hindi/English/Local Language].
