Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in cake preparation and decoration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cake Preparation & Baking

o Mix ingredients as per recipe.

o Bake sponge, fondant, mousse, and tiered cakes.

o Ensure product consistency in taste and appearance.

2. Cake Decoration & Design

o Decorate using icing, fondant, chocolate, fruits, etc.

o Customize designs based on customer requirements.

o Stay updated with market trends.

3. Quality Control

o Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.

o Ensure finished products meet brand standards.

o Adjust recipes as required.

4. Kitchen Operations

o Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.

o Operate and care for baking equipment.

o Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.

5. Compliance & Safety

o Adhere to hygiene and food safety protocols.

o Follow allergen and sanitation guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in cake making and team supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Recipe Development & Customization

o Create and improve cake recipes (sponge, fondant, themed).

o Develop seasonal offerings based on market demand.

2. Baking & Decoration Oversight

o Supervise baking and decoration processes.

o Ensure accuracy in design, layering, and finish.

3. Team Leadership & Training

o Manage and mentor junior kitchen staff.

o Ensure training in hygiene and production techniques.

4. Quality Control

o Conduct regular tastings and checks.

o Ensure all cakes meet brand quality and aesthetic standards.

5. Inventory & Resource Management

o Oversee ingredient inventory and stock levels.

o Liaise with suppliers for timely procurement.

6. Kitchen Management & Hygiene

o Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.

o Ensure all operations comply with food safety norms.

7. Reporting & Documentation

o Keep accurate records of production, inventory, and staffing.

o Report on operational updates to management.
