Responsibilities of candidates includes: • Ability to oversee and manage every aspect of a client’s campaign in a timely and efficient manner • Accurately monitor campaign budgets, CPCs, and CPAs to help ensure full campaign delivery while also hitting client KPIs • Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy • Ensure all plans and projects proceed according to plan and draw attention to the supervisor to potential problems that may occur • Facilitate communication between client and agency • Development of engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. • Evaluate creative and provide feedback for revisions and plans • Manage and oversee social media content (platforms) and all social media campaign. • Establishes and maintains complete and up-to-date information on all clients’ status and performance. • Maintain weekly/monthly status report • Collaborate and troubleshoot with other internal teams to share ideas and feedback, problem-solve to identify and deliver solutions for clients • Meet and consult regularly with clients to understand priorities and challenges, review performance to identify opportunities for growth and scale, as well as educate on product updates
