Job Summary We are looking for an Accounts Manager Cum Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks as well as commercial and personal accounts of managing Director. and support our company’s senior-level managers. Minimum of 05 years work experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. • Manage MD’s commercial and personal accounts • Coordinate with clients regarding costing and payments • Track expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports • Entire accounts part • Analyse financial conditions of organization • Organize and maintain the office filing system The Successful Applicant • Minimum 05 years’ relevant work experience as Sr Account Manager, Personal Assistant or similar role • Graduation degree is mandatory. • Good communication skills both written & oral English. • Good at MS Excel & Word. • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) • Discretion and confidentiality Personal Characteristics • Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic. • High on Integrity. • Willingness to “do what it takes”. • Passionate about adding value and creating high impact for both employees and the organization.
